Capsula Works (WorkinBooth) manufactures soundproof cabins and pods for offices, coworking spaces, and other workspaces. I supported the Head of Marketing and the founder as a business assistant, helping with web design, task coordination, pre-sale presentations, print collateral, graphic design, and ad-hoc assignments across marketing, sales, and business development.

WorkinBooth (Capsula Works) is a product company building modular acoustic booths for calls, meetings, and focused work. The product targets modern workspaces and hybrid teams. During a growth phase, the company needed flexible operational and visual support to systematize internal communication, prepare client-facing materials, and accelerate marketing activities.
Problem
- Heavy workload on the Head of Marketing and founder across a wide range of tasks.
