SETTER is a coworking and creative workspace network in Bali, founded by Vitaly Cheremenskiy. I joined the team as a business assistant and marketing operations specialist — helping to implement CRM, organize sales and communication workflows, and support marketing initiatives across an international team.
Overview / Story
SETTER positions itself as a modern coworking brand on Bali’s growing remote-work scene — combining workspace, community, and lifestyle. As the business scaled, daily operations became increasingly complex, requiring better process coordination and digital tools for managing leads, clients, and team communication.
I joined the project during its active expansion phase, working closely with the COO and the SMM manager. My focus was on systematizing workflows between marketing and sales, introducing CRM automation, and improving team collaboration tools.
Problem
- No unified CRM or client tracking system.
- Fragmented communication between sales, marketing, and community management.
- Manual lead handling slowed down onboarding and follow-ups.
- Need for digital structure and marketing operations clarity in a multicultural team.

- Implemented KommoCRM for the international team — from structure design to integration and training.
- Created pipeline automation for inquiries, tours, and membership sign-ups.
- Helped systematize sales and lead management in coordination with the COO.
- Supported Notion setup for internal processes and document management.
- Assisted the marketing team with SMM planning, ad support, and analytics.
- Contributed to overall marketing and operations efficiency through coordination and communication.
