Innovator.live is a YouTube channel and media platform dedicated to innovation, startups, and technology trends — founded by Sergey Shcherbin, an entrepreneur and resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. I led production, packaging, and ongoing creative management of the channel as producer and project coordinator, working with a small cross-functional media team.
Overview / Story
The Innovator.live project was created to showcase innovation and entrepreneurial stories through high-quality interviews, tech reviews, and insights from the Skolkovo ecosystem and beyond. The goal was to build an independent media platform highlighting innovators and their projects in an accessible, visually engaging way.
I joined the initiative as a producer and organizational lead — responsible for managing production processes, coordinating the creative team, and developing the channel’s overall style and narrative. Together, we built the full cycle: from concept and guest booking to filming, editing, and content publishing.
Problem
- The founder wanted to create a professional, consistent YouTube presence but lacked media production infrastructure.
- Needed a strong visual identity and workflow for regular, high-quality content.
- Required coordination between creative, technical, and editorial processes.
